WE ARE HIRING – AREA MANAGER | F&B OPERATIONS
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our Operations team and lead the day-to-day performance of multiple F&B locations across Auntie Anne’s, Jamba, and future brands.
This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role for someone who can build strong store teams, maintain operational standards, improve performance and hold store leadership accountable.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple locations.
* Lead, coach and develop Store Managers, Site Leads and Supervisors.
* Drive sales, labor efficiency, food cost, waste and inventory performance.
* Ensure consistent standards for product quality, customer service, cleanliness and food safety.
* Conduct regular store visits, audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
* Ensure staffing, leadership coverage and training requirements are met.
* Implement approved brand changes, promotions, menus and operational procedures.
* Work closely with Technical Operations & Training on training, certification and technical standards.
* Coordinate maintenance, supply and operational issues and escalate critical matters appropriately.
* Support new store openings and ensure operational readiness.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in F&B, QSR or multi-unit operations.
* Proven experience managing multiple locations and developing store leaders.
* Strong understanding of sales, labor, food cost, waste, inventory and operational KPIs.
* Strong leadership, coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized, accountable and comfortable working in the field.
* Strong knowledge of food safety and operational standards.
* Good command of English and Arabic.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
